Keto Low Carb Fathead Rolls Recipe
This Keto Low Carb Fathead Rolls is a great keto/low carb alternative that uses almond flour and then mozzarella to replace the missing gluten, resulting in an amazing pizza crust! Raised, soft, and delicious.

INGREDIENTS;
- 1/3 cup almond flour
 - 2 tsp bak�ng powder
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 oz cream cheese
 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
 - 1 egg beaten
 - 1/4 tsp garl�c powder
 
- First, preheat the oven to 425�
 - Then, in a small bowl, add cream cheese and mozzarella. M�crowave on h�gh for 20 seconds at a t�me unt�l melted.
 - In a separate bowl, wh�sk egg unt�l beaten. Add dry �ngred�ents and m�x well.
 - Work mozzarella/cc m�xture �nto dough. Dough w�ll be st�cky. St�r �n cheddar cheese.
