INSTRUCTIONS;

1. Pr?h??t ?v?n t? 425 degrees with r??k in the l?w?r third ?f th? ?v?n. Pl??? a 12-well ????v?r pan (preferred) ?r a standard, nonstick 12-?u? muff?n tin ?nt? the ?v?n, on a l?n?d b?k?ng ?h??t, t? heat. 
2. In a ?m?ll bowl, ?t?r together goat ?h???? and ?h?v??. S?t ???d?. M???ur? out fl?ur, salt, and ?????r, ?nd set ???d?. 
3. In a l?rg? b?wl, v?g?r?u?l? whisk t?g?th?r m?lk ?nd ?gg? until fr?th?, 1-2 m?nut??. Add flour, ??lt, ?nd pepper, and wh??k unt?l ju?t ??mb?n?d ?nd only ?m?ll lum?? remain. Wh??k ?n m?lt?d butt?r. B?tt?r w?ll be relatively thin, w?th th? t?xtur? of cream.
