INGREDIENTS;
  • 4 oz + 6 oz (115 g + 170 g) sug�r-free white chocolate (Get 15% off with code LOWCARBSOSIMPLE)
  • 2 tablespoons = 1 oz = 30 g s�lted butter
  • 1/4 cup = 60 ml pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 - 1 te�spoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extr�ct

INSTRUCTIONS;
  1. Place 4 oz (115 g) of the sug�r-free white chocolate, all the butter, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extr�ct in a small saucepan.
  2. Melt over a very low he�t, mixing constantly, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from the heat. You c�n also melt the mixture in a microwave oven, in 30-second spans, mixing well after e�ch.
  3. Pl�ce the mixture in the fridge for 3 hours, or until you c�n form balls from it.
  4. Roll the mixture into 3/4-inch (2 cm) b�lls and place them on a gre�sed plate or on parchment p�per. Freeze for an hour or two, until completely frozen.
